Communication Overview

Emails, telephone calls and letters will receive either a verbal response within 3 working days, or if an investigation is needed within 5 working days.
- If a formal letter response is required this will be provided within 10 working days.
- Emails will receive an email response within 3 working days. Emails received in the evening, at weekends or during holiday periods will be replied to within 3 working days of receiving them.
